Job description

Should have minimum of 1 year of experience working on UI and API
applications.
Experience with Selenium web driver and web application testing.
Hands-on experience in QA Automation Framework development.
Strong hold on data structures.
Preferred language Python/Shell Scripting.
Knowledge of relational databases and SQL.
Good debugging skills.
Good working experience working in Linux/Unix environment.
Strong understanding of testing methodologies.
Quick learner and good team member with a positive attitude
Have good interpersonal skills and an excellent communicator.

Primary (Mandatory) Skills:

Experience in Unix/Linux platforms.
Knowledge on CI/CD pipelines

Good to have:

High-level overview of all Client products – In person
Detailed KT on Analytics flows and its integrations – In person
Detailed training on setting up environment for testing – In person
Training on debugging issues and logging defects. – In person
Online training on automation using Udemy courses like:
Testing various workflows of Analytics UI.
Developing automation framework using page object model for various Analytics flows.
Debugging and troubleshooting issues within the BI tool.
Automating and testing integrations points with Analytics.
Define test strategy and write a test plan for the UI feature enhancements and new features/services built on it.
Define the operating procedures, service monitors and alerts and work with the NOC team to get them implemented.
Responsible for system & performance testing of the UI platform and applications.
Solve problems, establish plans, and provide technical consultation in the design, development, and test effort of complex engineering projects.
Review product specifications and write test cases, develop test plans for assigned areas.
Identify issues and technical interdependencies and suggest viable solutions.
Recreate complex customer and production reported issues to determine root cause and verify the fix.
