Job Summary

The Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer III is responsible for test automation with agile and waterfall teams for core application projects which impact our care center, clients and customers. This role works with team members to ensure automated testing is complete with proper coverage for all the requirements.

Essential Job Functions

• Test Design – Write automation test scripts using cypress/playwright for multiple applications like Web based, Web services and Database. And Write automation test scripts using k6 tool for the api testing. Contributes to development and extension of the existing framework.
• Test Execution & Reporting – Executes tests as needed during throughout the project. Analyze and report test results. Identifies and tracks defects through their lifecycle. Utilizing defect management and organization skills, provide progress and metrics on test execution and defects to project team. Provide leadership while contributing to team and company objectives. Follow team and company standards and contribute to refine and improve process and procedure. Ability to define and maintain test data.

• Business Communications –Demonstrates foundational knowledge of credit card operations, banking, financial, loyalty rewards, and credit card regulatory while working with various areas of the business.  Demonstrates leadership by driving the automated testing of projects and collaborate with stakeholders in understanding the testing needs and reporting on testing results.
