This opportunity is for a Senior Automation Tester for the Sales and Operations Planning, Demand Planning products. We are the team that creates and powers S&OP, Demand planning applications and services for our global listeners. We’re the home for tech talent that wants to grow S&OP, Business planning market-leading business and build the features across the web application. The team is comprised of engineers who work in an agile environment and partner closely with S&OP, business planning – Product Management, UX, and QA teams.

Roles:
- Ensuring the successful deployment (aiming for Continuous Deployment within Sprints) of products
- Responding to requests from Product Managers and Developers
- Troubleshoot quality issues and modify test procedures.
- Evaluate, recommend and drive adoption of both current and new tools and technologies.
- Diagnose, debug and fix issues in cloud-based automation environment.
- Participate in code review and provide good coding practices.
- Provide mentoring and technical guidance to automation engineers.
- Work within an Agile Scrum team meeting with developers and product managers determining the quality assurance parameters, acceptance criteria, and verifying quality ahead of CI/CD deployments.
- Work with automation frameworks (Selenium – Cucumber and TestNG) to ensure tests are incorporated into reusable automated tests – and coverage across API and Integration level as well as some UI level.
- Carry out Performance Testing through Fiddler and Visual Studio.
- End-to-End ownership of the tasks
- Working as an individual contributor
- Mentoring junior members of the team and reviewing their work.

Education and Experience:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer science domain.
- 5+ years in QA Automation (UI and Backend).
Qualifications and Skills:
- Strong background in automating complex workflows is essential.
- Strong programming, debugging/troubleshooting, and problem-solving skill (Preferred Selenium, Java, TestNG, or equivalent)
- Should have experience in designing workloads as per required specifications for Performance Testing.
- Experience with RDBMS like MYSQL is preferred.
- Understanding of Web Services – JSON/XML data formats
- Experience in using the Fiddler and tracking the response times.
- Experience in Visual Studio Web Performance Load Test projects.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Setup QA automation and performance testing infrastructure to complex end to end and integration tests.
- Prioritizing and executing tests as a part of CICD pipeline.
- Preparing detailed test reports
- Conducting Performance Testing of UI and Microservices
- Good understanding and exposure to Test Management tools like Test Rail and Defect Management tools like Jira.
- Maintain the Regression Test Suite on each sprint.
- Good understanding of Agile Methodologies.
