Responsibilities:
- Close collaboration with other delivery teams, technical support teams and business stakeholders
- Create tests to identify software problems
- Analyze bugs and errors found during tests
- Document results of tests for the software development team
- Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience
- Motivate the development process for efficiency and performance
- Works together with the software development to enhance and improve quality of the software.
- Research and compare similar competitor products
- Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements
- Get things done – think outside the box and find creative solutions to tough technical problems.
Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- Minimum 3 years’ experience leading QA software engineering
- QA testing & methodologies, Statistical knowledge. Programmability and Extension Python, R, .Net. Icon design for on-prem. Fix Central, LIMT, Accessibility, Subscription update.
- QA Automation, CI/CD pipeline, Cloud Foundry, Object Storage, Electron, JavaScript, Subscription licensing L3 support
- Proven working experience in an agile software development environment.
- Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
- Good analytical and problem resolution skills
- Ability to communicate effectively in English language (both written and oral)
- Passion for delivering results in high quality standards.
- Approachable and flexible, open, trustworthy, and innovative
- Passion to learn and continuously grow.
