Job description

ELIGIBLITY:
1. Qualification:
Aggregate of all semesters/years – 55% and above for General, OBC(NCL) & EWS Candidates and Pass Class for SC/ST/PwBD (Person with Benchmark Disabilities)
BE / B. Tech /(Full Time) Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/ Electronics & Telecommunication/ Telecommunication /Communication / Mechanical/ from a AICTE recognized University/ Institution.
2. Age as on 01.06.2023:
Trainee Engineers-I : Upper age limit is 28 years.
The upper age limit indicated is for candidates belonging to General & EWS Category. The
upper age limit will be relaxed by 3 years for OBC (NCL) candidates, 5 years for SC/ST and
10 years for PwBD candidates (having minimum 40% disability, in addition to the relaxation
applicable to OBC(NCL)/SC/ST candidates).
3. Period of contract:
Trainee Engineer- I: Initially for a period of Two (2) Years from the date of joining.
However, the same may be extended upto a maximum of one year (Maximum tenure of 3 years) depending on the progress of the project and performance of the candidate.
4. Remuneration:
Trainee Engineer- I: An all-inclusive consolidated remuneration of Rs. 30,000/- per month
for the 1st Year of engagement, Rs. 35,000/- per month for the 2nd year and Rs. 40,000/- per month for the 3rd year respectively.
SELECTION PROCEDURE:
- Selection will be through a Written Test for shortlisted candidates, followed by an Interview, only for those candidates who qualify in the Written Test. The venue for the Written Test / Interview will be intimated later.
- 85% Marks will be allotted for the written test and 15% Marks for the interview. Candidates who pass the written test will be called for interview in the ratio of 1:5 in the order of merit.
- The names of candidates shortlisted for Written Test/Interviews and final selections will be notified on our Company’s website.
- Please note that Written Test/Interview call letters will be sent through email only.
5. Job Responsibility:
Mechanical:
a. Handling of mechanical activities (assembly, Inspection and validation) of the product and
related processes.
b. Root cause analysis and related actions.
c. Proactive action towards product and process improvement.
d. Problem solving and decision making.
e. Strong positive attitude towards work.
f. Strong alignment with project requirements
Quality Assurance Intern: at PIXIS Bengaluru location
Electronics :
a. Handling of testing and troubleshooting activities of the product and related process.
b. Root cause analysis and related actions.
c. Proactive action towards product and process improvement.
d. Problem solving and decision making.
e. Strong positive attitude towards work.
f. Strong alignment with project requirement.
