Job Description
Objective
To accelerate our release velocity and improve software quality by establishing a dedicated resource for automating critical user journey tests.
Current Challenge
Our current development velocity is outpacing our QA capacity. The engineering team is shipping features rapidly, but manual regression testing has become a bottleneck. Senior QA engineers are currently spending 30-40% of their time manually executing repetitive E2E scenarios, preventing them from focusing on complex edge cases, performance testing, and strategic test architecture.
Proposed Solution
Hiring an E2E Test Automation Intern for a 3-6 month term to focus exclusively on scripting stable, high-value regression tests.
