The Opportunity:
- Diriving the Mobile Test Automation to help us build our capabilities for internal testing and tooling.
- Aid in driving the vision and strategy for early and late-stage testing of our mobile applications
- Collaborate actively with a global team of exceptional QA Test Engineers
- Use problem-solving and analytical skills to identify, isolate, and reproduce software defects.
- Work closely with all areas in the company to understand needs and work to provide innovative testing solutions
- Test and work with a powerful front/backend that stores our user data
- Help us make our testing more efficient, secure, and reliable
- Employ software test excellence, achieving key performance indicators that you and the team establish, maintain and work to improve the speed, predictability, quality, and flexibility of software testing
Ginesys One Careers 2024: QA Engineer | 1-2 Years of experience
Who You Are:
- Hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or equivalent with at least 4 years of experience in software QA test teams, including proactive collaboration with Agile delivery and global operational teammates;
- Hands-on software test design, manual/automated test development and execution, improvement of existing and creation of new test frameworks, thorough and timely creation and delivery of test documentation, and active collaboration with agile delivery and operational teammates
- Mobile Test Automation & experience with scripting languages (e.g. Python, Java, Typescript, etc.) with proficiency of tools like Slack/JIRA/Confluence/Trello/ and platforms like GitHub
- Experience implementing and executing automated test scripting using TestNG, (x,j,n,) Unit, Appium, Selenium, etc
- Ideally experienced in hosting services like AWS and device farms like Browser Stack in a tech startup culture is highly preferred
- Knowledge of Performance Testing using tools like JMeter, Postman, Katalon, etc.
- Testing Certification (e.g. ISTQB, CSQA, CSTE, etc…)
