Role Responsibilities
- Ensure the accuracy and quality of a service delivery model supporting assigned platforms through a predefined framework during the sprint.
- Analyze test results to predict user behavior, identify bugs and suggest solutions to minimize problems.
- Willing to work on all aspects of QA cycle – like integration testing, UAT, regression, test case development, automation etc.
- Gathers usage patterns and actual production transaction metrics of various applications to derive test patterns and transforms them into usable tests.
- Troubleshoot application issues and coordinate issue resolution with operations, functional, and technical teams.
- Define and revise (if needed) metric/performance reporting under directions from Engineering and Operations Management to ensure viability of service levels.
- Assist in building and maintaining a robust regression test suite for assigned application stacks.
Role Requirements
- 2-4 years of professional experience.
- 1-3 years of hands-on experience with Automation testing using Selenium, Appium, Cucumber test tools, and different frameworks.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or similar.
- Demonstrated experience in API testing using Rest Assured, SoapUI, Postman, etc.
- Experience with Test Management tools like TestRail, JIRA, ALM, etc.
- Proven ability in developing test automation using Continuous Integration (CI) and Continuous Delivery (CD) solutions.
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies.
- Excellent communication skills, analytical mind, and problem-solving attitude.
