Responsibilities
- Work within an Agile team to deliver quality products as one team
- Identify test data required to complete the test activities.
- Understand the bank’s automation framework and drive the implementation of the same within the team.
- Successfully manage relationships with all stakeholders, vendors, and third parties.
- Report and escalate key risks and issues to management as needed.
- Accurate reporting on test status results and progress to all respective stakeholders.
- Effort Estimation and reporting on progress.
- Identifying Testing Risks and preparing Risk Mitigation Plans.
- Proactive attitude in learning new systems/methods and team dynamics
Skills
Must have
- We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst with 4+ years of experience having a track record in delivering multiple concurrent, complex projects.
- Technical Requirements: Jira, Confluence, Zephyr, and Postman
- Behaviour driven development (BDD)
- Solid knowledge in manual testing methodology and methods (decision table etc.)
- Hands-on experience on DB level and service level testing
- Working experience in both manual and automation testing, automation is optional
- Proven experience in the coordination of many dependencies and multiple demanding stakeholders in a complex, large-scale deployment environment
- Proven skills in co-ordination and leadership working with vendors and internal teams
- Ability to manage a diverse and challenging stakeholder community
