What You’ll Be Doing – Verizon Senior Engineering Consultant
- Support mission and business-critical applications ensuring 100% availability.
- Act as an individual contributor on monitoring, maintenance, and reliability improvement.
- Develop and maintain performance metrics using NewRelic, DynaTrace, Elasticsearch.
- Perform regular health checks and platform optimizations to prevent downtime.
- Collaborate with engineering/support teams for incident response protocols.
- Work with Dev/QA teams to identify RCA and prevent future outages.
- Design and implement CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, GitLab, Artifactory.
