Your mission at Atlan :
- Take part in quality assurance activities across our engineering teams, and assist in the successful execution and maintenance of test strategies, plans, and schedules.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across all engineering teams to ensure production layer of tests is always healthy and influence adoption of best testing and quality practices throughout the organization.
- Continuously monitor and calibrate all QA activities, results, defects, and root cause analyses to identify areas of improvement and drive those required improvements.
- Create comprehensive and well-structured test cases along with the product team to ensure that no new iteration or feature is released to production without a passing QA Automation check
- Identify, record, document, and track bugs using respective tools. The goal is to catch bugs across production and staging faster than any one, be it either our customers or internal teams at Atlan
- Build and track quality assurance metrics, like tests and product failure rates, defect densities and open defects.

- Minimum 1+ years of experience in the software quality assurance and/or engineering industry.
- Prior experience in the any of the following is good to have:
- Qa Automation tool mabl
- Data Ecosystem
- Strong communication skills to ensure that the QA vision is understood and adopted comprehensively and correctly, inspiring others to adopt the highest quality standards.
- Understanding of automated testing tools, software development and testing methodologies.
- Knowledge of a variety of software test methodologies, with the capacity to innovate upon them and drive continuous improvements.
- Familiar with Context-Driven testing practices and methods, preferably on applications built using the SaaS model of development.
- Able to work on a diverse team, build networks, promote collaboration and lead by example
