Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive manual test plans and participate in test case reviews to understand software requirements and specifications.
- Perform functional, regression, and group testing to identify software defects and inconsistencies.
- Provide detailed and accurate defect reports, including steps to reproduce, verify bug fixes and track issues to closure, ensuring the quality of the fixes.
- Collaborate with automation testers to transition test cases from manual to automated testing, if applicable.
- Contribute to testing process enhancements.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a Manual QA Analyst or similar role in software testing.
- Strong understanding of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and also in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies is an advantage.
