Role & Responsibilities

• Perform Black Box testing on applications and products at the user level.

• Write, execute, and maintain manual test cases for new features.

• Modify and update existing test cases as needed.

• Understand and apply QA procedures, guidelines, and policies for newly launched features.

• Use various software tools for QA, data capture, and issue reporting daily.

• Proactively identify issues, troubleshoot, escalate when necessary, and communicate clearly with stakeholders.

• Provide regular status reports on testing progress and findings.

• Contribute to team process improvements for better efficiency and output.

• Debug and fix issues in automated tests, and contribute to expanding the test suites.

Basic Qualifications

• Engineering graduate with 1–2 years of experience in QA.

• Strong knowledge of formal test case design techniques.

• Ability to:

  • Write, execute, and maintain test cases

  • Report defects clearly

  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders

• Familiarity with at least one scripting language (preferably Java).

• High energy, proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and the ability to meet deadlines.

Preferred Qualifications

• Familiarity with automation frameworks like Selenium or Appium.

• Understanding of Agile Software Development Methodologies.
