Quality Analyst (Software Test Engineer)

We are looking for a highly motivated Quality Analyst. We need a self-starter who excels in fast-paced start-up environment and thrives on QUALITY of work and understands importance of best quality service to clients within given timeframe
Objectives of this Role
· Design all test methodologies and design all project deliverables and manage all test environments.
· Manage all communication with business partners and senior management to achieve all project objectives and perform tests on same and manage multiple functional areas.
· Perform end to end tests on all processes and design all program documents and as per resource requirements and administer all test activities for all phases.
Anuyat Responsibilities
· Coordinate with test team and administer all processes and procedures and ensure compliance to all quality goals and manage assigned project.
· Prepare reports for assigned project statistics on monthly basis and analyze all project metric data and provide training to all project members is needed to ensure quality.
· Evaluate all customer complaints for quality and escalate issues if required and provide training to all project team members and perform required audits and perform root cause analysis and recommend preventive and corrective actions.
· Maintain knowledge of all Quality systems and process standards and evaluate all procedures to ensure adherence to all guidelines.
· Prepare reports for all resource utilization and develop project estimates and schedules and coordinate with all stakeholders and participate in various meetings.
· Design all test methodologies and perform regular regression tests on all processes and design all project deliverables and manage all test environments.
· Manage all communication with business partners and senior management to achieve all project objectives and perform tests on same and manage multiple functional areas.
· Perform end to end tests on all processes and design all program documents and as per resource requirements and administer all test activities for all phases.
· Develop all test plans and perform troubleshoot on systems and analyze all test resources to resolve issues and manage all communication with senior management to achieve all objectives.
Skills and Qualifications
· At least 2 years experience in software testing.
· Should have a thorough knowledge of HTML, Scrum, Postman, Project management, Java, Selenium WebDriver, Rest API testing.
· Comprehensive knowledge of tools, concepts, document preparation and associated methodologies of QA.
· Good communication, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, and organizational skills will be a added advantage
· Honesty, Personal integrity
· Having experience managing projects will be advantageous
Preferred Qualifications
· Bachelor’s degree in STEM
· Proven track record of working with self-initiative and setting new benchmarks with result orientated performance
· Ability to balance persuasion with professionalism
· Strong organizational skills
· Experience working with team to achieve project timelines and organizational goals is important
