Your Role

Design, develop and maintain automation scripts using Tricentis Tosca framework best practices including third party applications spanning across several technologies (Web, Desktop) to deliver E2E Test automation suite
Design, develop and maintain Performance Test scripts & Performance Test Scenarios using Tricentis Neo load
Creation of defects and liaise with different teams both internal and external to drive towards root cause identification and resolution
Document, track and escalate defects as appropriate, using defect management tools including Tricentis qTest and JIRA
Build test automation frameworks from scratch specific to an application under test using Tricentis Tool set
Execute manual and automated test suites, analyze test results, identify defects, and suggest areas for improvement.
Identify opportunities to increase testing efficiency, coverage, and effectiveness.
Create and maintain test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports.
Stay up-to-date with new testing tools and test strategies

Your Background

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in IT or similar relevant subjects.
3+ years of hands-on IT experience in a similar role
Proven hands on experience using the Tricentis tool set including Tricentis qTest, Tricentis Tosca and Tricentis Neo load or similar tools
Proficiency in programming/scripting languages such as JavaScript, Python, or similar languages used in test automation.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and continuous integration/continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines (e.g., Jenkins).
Strong effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders based globally
Experience with Waterfall and Agile SDLC Models
Demonstrated experience of setting up automation frameworks and writing/executing automated test cases for regression and performance testing using the Tricentis tool set
Ability to use issue tracking tools (e.g., JIRA) would be a nice to have
