What will you be doing?

Participate in discussions with functional team to understand the gherkin tests along-with required Pre and Post conditions.
Create query log
Create Automation code using Java, Selenium, JQuery, Cucumber without support.
Work on enhancements needed to the repository and framework to enable other team members, work on automation scripting.
Constant communication and follow-ups with various stake holders to track deliverable during test automation and dry-run phases where applicable. Escalate issues to LM as appropriate
Complete tasks / deliverables within schedule constraints (for self)
Provide guidance to other team members on technology/ application queries

What we’re looking for:

Exposure to Automation testing using Selenium, Java, Cucumber, API automation.
Should have exposure to Agile methodologies, gradle and Jenkins set-up and some banking domain exposure.
Should possess high analytical and problem solving skills.
Quite often the role will require an individual to impact assess critical and complex test automation problems (such as framework/approach/interdependencies/GUI design/test data to be used etc) in short time durations hence having significant knowledge on the HTML DOM structure and application (ROLB) will be the key.
Minimum 2 years of experience on Retail Banking domain with knowledge of test automation.
BE / MCA with IT experience in Software Testing.

Awareness of Retail banking Domain and Prior experience of testing in this domain.
