Roles & Responsibilities

🔹 Design and execute automated test cases for new features and enhancements.
🔹 Identify, document, and track defects using JIRA, ensuring timely resolution.
🔹 Perform regression testing and assist in developing test plans.
🔹 Conduct performance testing to ensure system responsiveness under varying loads.
🔹 Maintain and enhance automated test scripts to cover new functionalities.
🔹 Participate in requirements gathering discussions to provide QA insights.
🔹 Define and implement QA processes and testing best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

✅ 4-8 years of experience in Automation Testing.
✅ Strong understanding of QA in Software Development environments.
✅ Migration from Manual to Automation Testing is preferred.
✅ Hands-on experience with Cucumber, Selenium, Jira, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
✅ Strong communication skills to collaborate with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
✅ Familiarity with equity trading systems and financial products is a plus.
✅ ISTQB Foundation & Agile extension certifications preferred.
