Job Overview: We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Manual Test Engineer to join our dynamic and innovative team. As a Manual Test Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and documenting test cases to identify software defects and ensure the delivery of high-quality products to our clients.
Responsibilities:
Test Planning and Design:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and specifications.
- Develop comprehensive test plans and test cases based on project documentation and functional requirements.
Manual Testing:
- Execute manual test cases to validate software functionality, identify defects, and ensure compliance with quality standards.
- Perform exploratory testing to uncover potential issues not covered by predefined test cases.
- Conduct regression testing to ensure the stability of existing functionality after code changes.
Defect Tracking and Reporting:
- Document and track defects, providing clear and detailed information to developers for resolution.
- Collaborate with the development team to facilitate the timely resolution of identified issues.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with developers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure a common understanding of project requirements and quality standards.
- Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to discussions related to software quality.
Test Documentation:
- Maintain and update test documentation, including test plans, test cases, and testing results.
- Provide comprehensive test reports to project stakeholders, summarizing testing activities and outcomes.

Process Improvement:
- Actively contribute to the improvement of testing processes and methodologies.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Manual Test Engineer or in a similar role.
- Solid understanding of software testing principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
Preferred Skills:
- Familiarity with testing tools and frameworks.
- Experience in testing web and mobile applications.
- Knowledge of Agile development methodologies.
- ISTQB or other testing certifications are a plus.
