Global ESoftSys Careers Requirements:

Well versed with Database technology of MS SQL Server 2008/2012 and basic knowledge of SQL queries
Experience in preparation of Test Plans and identifying test cases for use-case scenarios and preparation of Test Reports
Adept at identifying defects in the software product
Expertise in manual testing. Knowledge of Automation tools such as Selenium or QTP is a plus
Exposure to performance and loading testing is preferred
Good communication skills
Graduate with 2-5 years of QA experience is required.

Job Details:

Preparation of test plans and test scripts, and ensuring effective coverage of all functionalities and scenarios pertaining to the requirements specifications
Validate the data stored in the databases using SQL queries
Coverage for boundary conditions, aspects such as printing, browser compatibility, OS compatibility, performance, user load etc.
Preparation of Test Reports and identifying defects and providing metrics for the test cycle carried out
Ensure adherence and conformance to quality management system for testing of the product
Preparation, maintenance and updation of test scripts and testing using Automation tools such as Selenium or QTP
Mentor new joiners and freshers in the team
