As an Automation Test Specialist on the IBM Cloud Pak for Automation – Workflow Team, you’ll be responsible for automation, deployment, and integration of Workflow-centric automations. Using our agile methodology, you and your squad will commit to deliver high-value and high-quality automated integration scenarios, SOE and consistency support in rapid, 2-week sprint cycles. You will work with our worldwide team of Architects, Offering Managers, Researchers and Engineers to understand our clients’ use cases and rapidly deliver solutions that meet their needs.
You will have deep technical skills in Linux server deployment, Docker container deployment, Kubernetes, cloud-native technologies, Linux, ICP, OpenShift, Java Selenium / TestNG Automation. You will be comfortable in optimising test coverage, installing and configuring required test environments, and have experience with the full test development lifecycle.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
- 0-2 years of IT Experience
- 1+ experience in test Automation, building automation frameworks and coding automated test suites with Java Selenium and TestNG
- 1+ years of experience in System Integration test
- Linux usage, commonly used commands and editors, Shell scripting
- Testacy and testplan development
- Experience in setting up test environments with Databases (DB2 / Oracle / PostgreSQL) and LDAP servers
- Experience with YAML, Python, Java, JUnit
- Experience with authentication and authorisation in the cloud, including access token and secrets management, Single Sign-in, and OAuth.
- Good verbal and written communication abilities: must effectively communicate with technical and non-technical teams.
