• Experienced on web applications, tools and software in Ecommerce.
• Design Automated and Manual testing strategy and plan for highly scalable web applications
• Work with development and product teams to make sure releases are optimized for quality
• Analyze and investigate product complaints or reported quality issues to ensure closure in accordance with company guidelines and external regulatory requirements.
• Link between developers and other teams to resolve their queries relating to the product.
• Experience in working and testing Rest APIs through Postman.
• Test the product on different browsers, devices or emulators to validate functionality across all
• Hands-On experience with MySQL database and Operating Systems.
• Experienced with all areas of testing i.e backend, frontend and apps.
• Conduct post-release/ post-implementation testing
• High Proficiency in writing test plans, test cases, test procedures and test reports.
• Experience in Functional, System, Regression testing.
• Pursue continuing education on new solutions, technology, and software testing.
• Knowledge of quality assurance terminology, methods, and tools

• Methodical, organized, and detail-oriented
• Hands-On experience on Web Based Application Testing.
• Hands-On experience testing MySQL DB, Rest APIs, reactjs applications, Android and iOS app.
• Bonus points for programming experience in PHP and Javascript.
• Worked with softwares on testing manuals.
• Superb computer competence, including database management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and how QA functions within it.
