Job description:

Role: Principal/Experienced/Senior Automation/Performance SME.

A Lead would be someone still expected to be the ultimate decision maker in all testing related subjects.

Expected to advise on the best tooling for the performance testing and own the performance aspect across all scrum teams. This includes creating, enhancing and maintaining the performance tests, schedule runs and communicate the results to the teams.

Work as part of a scrum team dedicated to automation processes

•  Candidate should have total of 8+ experience, could be P3/P4 and should have 6+ years into automation.
• Should be strong in any one of the programming languages(java/java script/type script/C#)
• Should be strong in one of the automation tools (Selenium/WDIO/Cypress/Playwright)
• Expertise in API Testing with SOAPUI/Postman/Rest Assured
• Hands on experience in CI tools- JIRA/Azure devops/GIT HUB
• Expertise in test plan and strategy for automation projects.
• Should have experience in team lead.
• Good to have experience in load testing tools Jmeter/Load Runner
• Good knowledge of traceability matrix, coverage, and defect analysis.
• Expert in defect management lifecycle
• 2+ year’s experience of Agile methodology (preferably Scrum but knowledge of any other is also acceptable)
• Very good communication
• Can-do attitude and proactively researching for solutions is also important.
• Good understanding of the reusability of all it builds and understand how it fits the big program
