Job Description
We are looking for a skilled Manual Tester to join our team. As a Manual Tester, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our products meet the highest quality standards before they are released to our clients. You will be responsible for creating and executing test plans, identifying and reporting bugs and issues, and working closely with our development team to ensure that all issues are resolved.
Responsibilities
- Create and execute test plans for all products
- Identify and report bugs and issues in a clear and concise manner
- Work closely with the development team to ensure that all issues are resolved
- Understanding of RESTFUL and SOAP API testing and supporting testing tools (SoapUI, Postman)
- Preparing Test Cases for module, integration, and system testing
- Collaborate with the team to ensure that all products meet the highest quality standards
- Participate in the agile development process
- Design, develop and execute manual test cases and test scripts
- Conduct functional, regression, and system testing
- Verify defects and bug fixes and provide status reports
- Document all issues and ensure that all relevant parties are informed
- Participate in the review and improvement of testing processes and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- 1 year of experience in manual testing
- Experience in testing web-based applications
- Understanding of software testing methodologies
- Experience in API Testing, Integration testing,
Extensive knowledge of full software development lifecycle and testing procedures
- Experience with databases, including SQL
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with test management tools
- Understanding of regression testing
- Experience in Agile methodology is a plus
