Role Overview:
- Deep understanding of Quality standards like GS5000, ISO 9000 and models like CMMI.
- Authors detailed software quality requirements to meet Intel quality standards.
- Works with product development teams throughout the product development life cycle to ensure software quality requirements and goals are established and met.
- Trains the team on quality engineering practices.
- Drives effective software practices to ensure project work products comply with applicable standards, requirements.
- Provides input into program deliverables /milestones regarding quality (resources, schedule, goals, etc.) Drives actions from previous post-project reviews to closure as part of Product development team (PDT), including process/work product audits.This is a remote position in India. We will only consider candidates currently in India and are not offering relocation assistance at this time.
About the role:
- This role is responsible for validating the Mobile applications (android and iOS) which McAfee consumer team is developing.
- The position requires strong communication skills an Agile environment.
- You will work on multiple common code, data and development tools and technologies (e.g., Git and GitHub Enterprise, JIRA, Confluence).
- You will create and manage test repository, reviewing the functional specifications, user experience flows to help the business improve results.
- You will test product releases to ensure we meet our rigorous quality standards.

About You:
- 3-5 years of software QA experience in mobile domain.
- Regular exposure to QA automation tools on Android and/or iOS.
- Experience working in API testing, web services and client server communication.
