Roles & Responsibilities:
- Designing, developing, and delivering QA automation testing.
- Creates test data files with valid and invalid records to thoroughly test program logic and verify system flow.
- Identifies, recommends, and implements changes to enhance the effectiveness of quality assurance strategies.
- Assists in planning and scheduling testing.
- Develop comprehensive test cases from business requirements
- Record Test results and maintain the execution log
- Report defects in the defect tracking system, providing adequate information to the development team with steps to reproduce the issue
- Participate in root cause analysis with development
- Responsible for prompt response to bug information requests and verification
- Follow and ensure the project team adheres to the process defined by the organization.
- Analyse test requirements, and design and execute tests.
- Develop, update, and maintain testing standards and procedures.
- Record problems and issues in accordance with the project’s problem and issue management plans.
- Work with the application team and/or client to resolve any issues that arise in the testing process.
Requirements-
- Bachelors level degree in Computer Science or another technical field.
- Must be detail-oriented, highly organized, hands-on, and a team player.
- strong understanding of SQA methodologies.
- Attention to detail and ability to identify, isolate, and document defects
- Understanding of test automation framework design models and best practices is a big plus
- Excellent communication skills are required for being able to work independently.
