Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and execute performance and load testing strategies using JMeter
• Develop and maintain scripts (Eg. Windows PowerShell) for automation and system monitoring
• Analyze application performance bottlenecks and recommend optimizations
• Collaborate closely with development and QA teams to integrate performance best practices throughout the SDLC
• Build and maintain dashboards for performance metrics and system health
• Perform reliability assessments and contribute to the improvement of fault tolerance and system uptime
• Automate routine tasks and support continuous integration pipelines

Soft Skills

• Solid understanding of system architecture, distributed systems, and reliability principles
• Should be able to execute his/her responsibility independently.

Mandatory Skills

• 3-4 years of experience in performance engineering or related field
