Job Description
- Strong hands-on experience with test automation frameworks Selenium WebDriver, TestNG or JUnit
- Proficiency in at least one programming language or scripting languages ( Preferably Java )
- Experience with cloud-based testing services (e.g., Browser stack, Sauce Labs)
- Familiarity with version control systems like Git for code collaboration and management.
- Competence in using integrated development environments (IDEs) such as Eclipse or IntelliJ IDEA for test script development.
- Skills in generating, managing, and manipulating test data for various scenarios.
- Strong test validation and test debugging skills
- Experience with Web-application/Cross browser testing
- Experience in generating detailed test reports and logs (e.g., ExtentReports, TestNG reports).
- Understanding of build automation tools like Maven or Gradle for project management.
- Experience of API testing tools and techniques (e.g., Postman, REST Assured).
- Experience working in onshore-offshore model
- Familiarity working in Agile-Scrum environment and software production release process
- Excellent interpersonal skills, excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Knowledge of visual validation tools like Applitools, Percy
- Understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to interact with web elements effectively.
- Strong understanding of Software Quality Assurance (SQA) concepts and practices to continually assess the risks and quality of products and releases.
- Passion for learning new technologies
