Our QA Engineer teams play a crucial role in ensuring that digital technologies and services built for our clients are valuable, intuitive, and impactful. The QA Test (Selenium) team provides support, leadership, and direction to ensure smooth project execution and successful engagement delivery.

Role & Responsibilities

Once You Are Here, You Will:

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or MIS.
Have 5+ years of experience in Quality Assurance processes, methodologies, and best practices.
Possess 5+ years of experience in software development and quality engineering, including:
- Data-driven and white-box test automation
- Selenium automation with Salesforce knowledge
- Regression Testing, Karate Framework, System-level Testing, and End-to-End Testing
- API Testing (TestNG & BDD, Git)
- Salesforce CRM experience (preferable)
Create UI/API end-to-end automation across multiple cloud platforms.
Have extensive hands-on experience with SOAP UI for WebServices automation.
Work with multiple automation frameworks (Keyword, Data-driven, and Hybrid).
Be extensively involved in BDD/TDD frameworks.
Have expertise in Core Java programming, OOPS Concepts, and Collection framework.
Possess knowledge of Git, Jenkins, Ant, Maven, or similar technologies.
Utilize test automation tools for functional, regression, performance, and load testing.
Have familiarity with Selenium or other Open Source Automation Frameworks, as well as unit testing frameworks like TestNG, J-Unit, or scripting languages like JS, Perl.
Be proficient with API testing tools like Postman, SoapUI, etc.
Build Automation frameworks for End-to-End Testing of different systems.
Integrate Automation frameworks across different platforms.
Develop Automation frameworks that interact with boundary systems such as Oracle.
Write clear and concise test documents and automation scripts.
Build and execute test cases involving complex data shapes.
Work with DevOps tools like Jenkins, and be able to build pipelines from scratch.
Establish and drive test practices within the team.
Organize and lead cross-product testing efforts.
Diagnose, track, and manage quality issues to resolution.
Effectively communicate status and risk to the team and management.
Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Have excellent written and verbal communication skills with outstanding attention to detail.
Follow agile/scrum methodologies to deliver engineering applications.

Desired Skills:

Experience in multi-platform testing (Windows, UNIX, LINUX).
Knowledge of Force.com (Apex, Visualforce), Java, JavaScript, CSS, SOAP XML, and HTML.
Experience with Salesforce development & APIs (Force.com certification is a plus).
Background in Salesforce Quote to Cash Process.
Strong understanding of J2EE Technologies (JSP, Servlets, EJB, WebServices, SOA).
Experience testing/developing Enterprise Integration Systems and Financial applications.
Ability to participate in product and feature design with technical staff and product teams.
Excellent cross-group communication and problem-solving skills.
