NetApp Careers 2024: Software QA Engineer, Hiring in Bengaluru

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or similar degree
• At least 2+ years of QA experience including test plan design, creation, execution, and reporting
• Embedded Linux, and/or C/C++ QA experience
• Testing simulated CAN data (J-1939 preferred)
• Strong background and knowledge in system, smoke, white box, black box, integration, automated, and performance testing
• Proven experience testing complex, integrated systems with a cloud connectivity component
• Experience with Agile development methods such as Scrum and Kanban
• Ability to work in a collaborative, fast-paced team environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Preferred Qualifications:

• Testing experience on automotive infotainment or embedded systems
• Testing experience with RESTful APIs
• Mobile application testing
• Bluetooth Classic connectivity testing
• Familiarity with cellular connectivity concepts (APN, VPN, eSIM)
