We are looking for a detail-oriented and motivated Tech QA Intern to join our team. You will work closely with developers and product managers to ensure our software products meet the highest standards of quality and reliability. This is a hands-on internship ideal for students or recent graduates who want to gain experience in software testing, automation, and quality assurance processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the QA and development teams to understand product requirements and features
• Write, execute, and maintain manual and automated test cases
• Identify, document, and track bugs using tools like JIRA, Bugzilla, or similar
• Participate in regression, functional, and performance testing
• Assist in creating and maintaining test documentation and test data
• Learn and contribute to automated testing frameworks (e.g., Selenium, Cypress, or Playwright)
• Support the QA team in daily testing tasks and participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Basic understanding of software development and QA methodologies
• Familiarity with any programming/scripting language (e.g., Python, JavaScript, Java) is a plus
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
• Effective verbal and written communication skills

Preferred (Nice to Have):

• Experience with test automation tools (e.g., Selenium, Postman, JMeter)
• Understanding of APIs and how to test them
• Exposure to Agile/Scrum processes
• Experience with version control tools like Git
