We are looking for a motivated Junior QA Engineer, who will be responsible for creating and implementing manual test cases for our customer onboarding and customer portal products. The successful candidate will create and execute comprehensive and efficient manual tests, helping to deliver the best customer experience for our global customer base.

Primary Responsibilities (not limited to)

0 – 1 Year of Experience
Creating and maintaining manual test cases for both features and regression testing
Refining User Story requirements and parameters to identify inconsistencies or gaps in requirements
Providing accurate estimates on scope and duration of testing of specific features and regression
Identifying, prioritizing, reporting, and tracking all issues that arise during a testing cycle
Working with a QA Lead, QA Automation Engineers, and Manual QA testers in an Agile environment to ensure QA testing is comprehensive and timely
Working with technical development counterparts, as well as with non-technical Business Analysts
Obtaining company sponsored certification(s) for applicable products
