Responsibilities: Create test designs, test processes, test cases, and bug reports. Determine the conditions under which tests are to be conducted, sequences and phases of test operations. Carry out testing as per the defined procedures. Work on interfaces and confer with data, engineering and technical teams to resolve testing problems such as product or system malfunctions, incomplete test data, data interpretation or coding issues. Ensure that all test-related work is carried out as per the defined standards and procedures. Prepare all reports related to software testing carried out by teams. Test written problems and resolve them by performing analyses of root causes, developing and coordinating corrective measures and monitoring improvement. Assess and make recommendations on the practicality of testing process alternatives.

Bachelor’s degree or higher (BE/B Tech/MCA/M Tech) in computer science or a related field. Sound knowledge of test methodologies, writing test plans, creating test cases, and debugging.

Advanced analytical and thinking skills. Good communication, organization and documentation skills. Must be a quick learner, with the ability to grasp business requirements at a high level and with fine details. Meticulous attention to detail. Excellent time-management, multi-tasking, and interpersonal skills. Willingness to take responsibilities. Ability to work independently, as well as with a team, and meet deadlines
