Job Description:

The Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) will be an integral part of an Agile software development team responsible for the quality and value of the healthcare software applications provided to our customers. The incumbent will configure, code, and document software specifications throughout the life cycle of assigned projects.

Responsibilities:

Design and implement test automation frameworks and tools for various software components and features
Write, execute, and maintain automated test scripts using various programming languages and technologies
Analyze test results and generate test reports and metrics
Troubleshoot and debug issues and provide feedback to developers
Participate in code reviews, design reviews, and agile ceremonies
Contribute to the continuous improvement of the testing processes and practices

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent work experience
At least 3 years of experience in software testing and test automation
Proficient in one or more programming languages, such as Java, Python, C#, or Ruby
Experience with test automation tools and frameworks, such as Selenium, TestNG, JUnit, Cucumber, or PyTest
Proficient in writing SQL queries to retrieve, manipulate and analyze data from database
Experience with desktop, web, mobile, and API testing
Knowledge of software development methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Kanban
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
Passionate about quality and customer satisfaction
Healthcare domain knowledge
