Position Description:

To test, calibrate and develop the EV powertrain to meet performance, NVH and durability requirements of EV vehicles.             

Roles & Responsibilities:

1. Plan and executre the EV vehicles DVP  (part, system and vehicle level)
2. Calibrate the various torque maps to ensure the TQT targets of the project is met.
3. Have clear understandings of  type approval and subsidy related requirements of EV vehicles and ensure that vehicles are complying to the same.
4. Ability to analyze the CAN signals and understand the Root cause of the problems and arriving at the counter measures of the same.
5. Conduct benchmarking tests of competition products
6. Conduct Onroad testing and analyze the data in post processing.
7. Conduct the chassis dynamometer testing at vehicle level
8. Visit Field /Customers/Suppliers to help team members for problem solving
9. Participate in product testing/ Cuft testing / summer, Monsoon testing
10. Coordination with team members for implementing CQ & VA/VE ECR’s
