Your role
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Performance Tester with 4+ years of expereince to join our QA team. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance testing tools like LoadRunner, and a solid understanding of performance engineering principles. You will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing performance test strategies to ensure the scalability and reliability of our applications.
- Design, develop, and execute performance test strategies and plans.
- Script, execute, and troubleshoot performance tests using HP LoadRunner.
- Track and report test execution results with a focus on quality and performance KPIs.
- Document test outcomes and support ongoing performance metrics and risk analysis.
- Ensure accuracy, timeliness, and objectivity in performance data reporting.
- Analyze discrepancies and determine root causes of performance issues.
