Role and Responsibilities:

As part of the Test Automation Framework Development team, you will be responsible for-

Core python developer/backend development
Designing and developing test automation framework/tools.
Building libraries to connect and interact with different devices.
Building the intelligent engines to configure, verify and monitor the juniper devices.
Building the test automation solution for cloud-based networks.
Handling escalation/support activity of test automation framework to automation team in Juniper and Customers.
Partnering with automation teams and engineering teams in India and the US together and analyze automation requirements, create functional specs and drive architectural design.
Partnering with cross geo Test Automation development teams in driving adoption of Test Automation Framework.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or equivalent
Minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in python and having experience in developing automation tools
Expertise in Python programming
Solid understanding and experience with Object Oriented Design and solid understanding of the SDLC processes
Should be capable of handling customer escalations
Strong understanding Operating System principles, multiprocessing and Debugging Skills
Strong understanding of concepts related to computer architecture, data structures and programming practices.
Having experience in Robot Framework is added advantage.
Having network knowledge is added advantage.
