Responsibilities

Develop automation test frameworks for Android and iOS mobile applications.
Build test plans and test specifications for Test Automation.
Ensure testing standards are being upheld and that test case specifications cover risk areas.
Understand and apply Test driven/behaviour design concepts to test and debug automated solutions.
Responsible for planning, designing, developing, deploying, maintenance and troubleshooting related to Mobile Test Automation.
Present the identified scenarios to product owner/manager for approval to automate the cases.
Collaborate with BA and Developers to understand the functionality and create automation scenarios.
Automate UI and backend services (API, webServices).
Execute test automation scripts and Publish test reports.
Ensure full traceability between test scripts, results, and customer requirements.
Document and evaluate test results and defects, track and manage defects through to resolution.
Analyse the impact of new solutions/enhancements and run appropriate regression testing.
Integrated automated test suites with Continuous Integration/Delivery Pipelines using Azure DevOps.
Support regression release cycles (Functional and Automation regression).
Support sprint check-in build regression after every sprint (Automation regression)

Skills

Software Quality Assurance professional with over 4+ years’ experience
Extensive experience in software Test automation tools and working in fast-paced Agile Environments
Good knowledge of Testing Life cycle processes
Experience in developing Mobile Automation Frameworks using Web Driver IO and Sauce Labs/BrowserStack.
Strong Knowledge and test automation experience using Java Scripts and Appium.
Ability of design Generic functions and enable modifications of existing framework
Experienced in test automation estimation using various techniques.
Experience in testing applications using real Mobile devices and simulators.
Strong experience in testing XML SOAP, RESTful web APIs.
Strong experience in integrating test automation suites to CI/CD (Continuous Integration/Continuous delivery) solutions using CI/CD tools. E.g., Jenkins, Azure DevOps
Experience in working on Azure Cloud platform.
Influence Analysts and Engineers to have a testing mindset by contributing to and / or supporting analysis and design activities.
Experiences in Atlassian tools (Jira and Confluence) and integrating them to automation testing frameworks.
Good communication and Presentation skills.

Prior Financial Sector or Banking domain Experience.
