Job Description:

• We are seeking a skilled and experienced Python Automation Engineer to join our team.
• As a Python Automation Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing, developing, and maintaining automation frameworks and scripts for our testing processes.
• You will lead the automation test team, provide technical expertise, and drive the adoption of automation solutions throughout the organization.
• The ideal candidate should have a strong background in Python coding and scripting, with a minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.

Inviz Careers – Responsibilities:

• Develop code for automated tests using Python programming and scripting languages.
• Lead the automation test team and provide technical leadership in the design and architecture of the automation framework.
• Identify resource components based on test scenarios and ensure efficient utilization of resources.
• Drive test script development, execution, and debugging to ensure high-quality automation.
• Have working knowledge in both Automation Testing and Manual Testing.
• Take ownership of delivering end-to-end automation solutions.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing clear updates and reports.
• Ensure the adoption of the automation framework in all QA teams within the organization.
• Stay updated with modern testing techniques, tools, and automation practices.
• Proficient in Python and experienced in automation using PyTest.
• Responsible for scripting and automating tasks related to periodic metrics gathering for reports.
• Automate infrastructure tasks using SRE principles and an infrastructure-as-code methodology to reduce repetitive and time-consuming processes.
• Gather data from various sources to create ad hoc, proactive, and custom reports, as well as recurring dashboards.
• Gather requirements through individual testing and participate in team testing sessions.
• Document test plans and results in detail.
• Automate test plans to improve efficiency and accuracy.
• Attend project meetings to review system and test requirements.

Inviz Careers – Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in Python coding and scripting.
• Strong programming and scripting capabilities for developing code for automated tests.
• Proven experience in leading automation test teams and providing technical leadership.
• In-depth knowledge of automation testing frameworks and methodologies.
• Familiarity with both Automation Testing and Manual Testing.
• Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with team members and stakeholders.
• Proactive and comfortable taking ownership of tasks and delivering end-to-end automation solutions.
• Familiarity with modern testing techniques and tools, including automation.
• Experience in automation using PyTest or similar frameworks.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment.
