About the Role:

Amazon’s Seller Fulfillment Technology (SFT) team in Bengaluru is looking for a Quality Assurance Engineer 1 to help deliver strategic goals for Amazon’s eCommerce systems. This is an opportunity to work on cutting-edge technologies that empower sellers and enhance customer experience. You will tackle challenging technical problems while improving software quality through automation and manual testing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute test plans for new and existing products/features.

• Collaborate with development teams to define testing protocols for new features.

• Provide cross-functional test support to team members.

• Design test scenarios from requirements to ensure maximum traceability.

• Identify and report defects using detailed bug reports.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation to share product and feature knowledge across teams.

Basic Qualifications:

• 2+ years of experience in quality assurance engineering.

• Hands-on experience in automation and manual testing.

• Proficiency in at least one modern programming language (Java, Python, C++, C#).

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with Java/Perl/Python-based automation.

• Expertise in designing test conditions, test scripts, and test data for comprehensive test coverage.

• Hands-on experience in UI and API automation testing (Selenium/SOAPUI).

• Strong understanding of quality assurance methodologies and industry best practices.
