Role Purpose:

The Quality Assurance Analyst will be responsible for conducting audits to ensure quality compliance within the account. This role involves performing process quality audits, identifying error trends, and conducting root cause analysis (RCA) to enhance overall quality performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct process quality audits as per the defined schedule.

• Perform one audit per agent per week and three audits per agent per week for those in the bottom quartile.

• Prepare audit findings reports and share them with clients and account leadership on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.

• Analyze audit data weekly to identify error trends and perform root cause analysis (RCA) for the top two recurring issues.

• Conduct calibration sessions to communicate changes from the client and provide refresher training to address skill gaps.

Performance Metrics:

Required Experience & Qualifications:

• Experience: 2 to 5 years in Manual Testing & Quality Assurance.

• Qualification: B.E./B.Tech, BCA, BSc, M.E./M.Tech, MCA, or MSc.
