Position Overview

We are seeking a proficient Software Development Engineer in Test (SDET) to join our dynamic and fast-paced team. The SDET will be responsible for creating and implementing a strategy for quality coordination and testing, as well as suggesting solutions to identified quality problems.

Responsibilities

Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using various technology and tools
Collaborate with the development team to ensure the software meets quality standards
Develop test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on business requirements and user stories
Identify, record, and document thoroughly and track bugs. Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved

Minimum Qualifications

Proven work experience of 2-5 years in software development and software quality assurance
Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools, and processes
Hands-on experience with any of the testing frameworks for automating microservices based API’s
Experience in writing clear, concise, and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Hands-on experience with both white box and black box testing
Ability to derive conclusion from data using various sources
Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
Experience in programming using Java/Javascript/Node JS
Experience with performance and/or security testing is a plus
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related subject
