Virtusa Hiring QA Engineer in Bangalore – 8 to 12 Years Experience

Key Responsibilities:

Develop, test, and support eCommerce applications for global aviation customers.
Design and maintain automation frameworks; execute and analyze test cases.
Work on applications built on SAP Hybris, Java/J2EE, SAP ERP.
Collaborate with international teams, ensuring alignment with technical roadmaps.
Create and maintain documentation (design, architecture, testing artifacts).
Mentor junior engineers and support skill-building within the team.
Research and recommend emerging technologies and best practices.
Contribute equally to development (50%) and support/maintenance (50%).
Domestic and international travel may be required.
Flexibility to work in shifts as per business needs.

Required Skills & Experience:

Strong expertise in Selenium test automation and framework design.
Experience with eCommerce platforms (SAP Hybris), Java/J2EE, SAP ERP.
Database knowledge: SQL Server, Oracle.
API testing with Postman/SOAPUI (REST/SOAP integrations).
Familiarity with Agile/SAFe, Test-Driven Development (TDD), and CI/CD pipelines (Jenkins, Git).
Ability to resolve complex eCommerce challenges and deliver innovative solutions.
Hands-on with ALM, Jira, unit testing (JUnit), and performance tuning.
Strong collaboration skills across cross-functional and multicultural teams.
