We are looking for a Quality Assurance (QA) engineer to develop and execute planned and exploratory tests to ensure product quality.
QA engineer responsibilities include designing and implementing tests. You will also review system requirements and track quality assurance metrics (e.g. defect densities and open defect counts.)

The QA role plays an essential part in our company’s product development process. Our ideal candidate will be responsible for conducting tests before product launches to ensure software runs smoothly while being cost-effective. If you hold an engineering

Your Profile

Review requirements, specifications and technical design documents to provide timely and meaningful feedback
Create detailed, comprehensive and well-structured test cases
Estimate, prioritize, plan and coordinate testing activities
Design, develop and execute test cases
Identify, record, document thoroughly and track bugs
Perform thorough regression testing when bugs are resolved
Develop and apply testing processes for new and existing products.
Liaise with internal teams (e.g. developers and product managers)to identify system requirements
Monitor debugging process results
Give UAT Demo to Product team
Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Good analytical and problem solving skills

Your Checklist

Able to report bugs/issues and provide the cause of the issue along with bug/issue identification, to developers.
Good knowledge of Manual Testing concepts and Good Manual Testing Skills.
Ability to derive Important test scenarios from requirements and able to write good test cases.
Ability to work under tight timelines of delivery
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and collaboratively in a team environment.
Good Experience on Defect Life Cycle, defect Tracking Tool using JIRA.
Ability to handle multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines
Having knowledge in writing clear, concise and comprehensive test plans and test cases
Having knowledge of performance and/or security testing is a plus
BS/MS degree in Computer Science, Engineering or a related subject
