As the Junior Salesforce QA Engineer you will be responsible for testing and documenting Salesforce applications designed for customers, partners, and business users.

The primary application you’ll be testing is Salesforce and applications developed on the Force.com platform. The position requires close collaboration with business analysts, administrators, and developers.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Design, create and maintain test plans and test cases.
Perform extensive functionality, integration, regression, and end-to-end system testing independently and with team assistance.
Work closely with development and business teams to ensure that the highest quality software is deployed in accordance with delivery timelines.
Troubleshoot, analyze, and isolate defects and report them to the Salesforce team.
Document and publish new features to Confluence wiki.
Evaluate risk associated with test plans and make recommendations.
Participate in the QA process standardization and improvement efforts.
Aid in the implementation of Agile and CI/CD frameworks from QA standpoint.

Qualifications:

1-3 years experience with Salesforce testing.
Experience working in an agile software development environment and a familiarity with SCRUM practices, Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Experience in test planning, management, and reporting.
Experience in using Application Lifecycle / Test Management tools – Jira, Azure Devops, etc.
Experience in API testing using Postman/SoapUI or other tools.
