Quality Assurance Engineers at Clear

Clear’s Quality Assurance Engineers are experts who collaborate with product development and deployment teams. They continually build upon and apply their technical knowledge and skills across the product suite at every level. A successful QA will exhibit and build upon the deep expertise to ensure that they can not only improve the product but also understand various stakeholders’ needs and behaviors. QA team members also spend their time working on projects that affect many parts of the organization, including process improvements.

Cleartax careers – Responsibilities

• Review and analyze requirements, specifications, and technical design documents, providing timely feedback
• Develop detailed, comprehensive, and well-structured test plans and test cases
• Prioritize and plan testing activities
• Play the role of test engineer: Design, develop, and execute manual tests
• Identify and report issues found, then verify that issues are resolved.
• Perform regression, sanity, smoke testing, and functional testing.
• Strong knowledge of software QA methodologies, tools (JIRA), and processes.
• Hands-on experience with manual testing and release management tools (Jenkins).
• Good knowledge in testing methodologies

Cleartax careers – Required Qualifications

• BE/ BTech/ MCA or higher in Computer Science or equivalent discipline.
• 3+ years of hands-on software testing and quality assurance activities using web or Desktop or mobile-based applications.
• Excellent written & verbal communication, and analytical skills.
• Knowledge of industry best practices in software development and quality assurance policies and practices.
