Role and key Responsibilities:
- Monitor Calls/Emails and transactions as per the defined target
- Provide effective coaching & Feedback
- Conduct team huddles and provide updates
- Participate in calibration sessions with internal and client teams
- Monitor team performance and provide trend analysis on problem areas
- Skilled to create Training need identification (TNI)
- Take on additional responsibilities and projects for process improvement
- Perform Root Cause Analysis on identified defects
- Handle difficult/escalated claims & mails
- Provide mentorship to new hires
- Handle Customer/Client Interactions or calls
- Data Collection and Analysis
Key Skills and knowledge:
- Good communication and Analytical skills
- Good interpersonal skills
- Good Knowledge of basic CNX policies
- Ability to demonstrate customer service skills
- Strong in documentation and email etiquette
- Knowledge about the 7 tools of quality will be an added advantage
- Working knowledge of MS office applications like Excel and Power point
- Prior QA experience will be an added advantage
- Basic knowledge and interest in 2 wheelers will be an added advantage
