Job Description :
- Should be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of web and mobile applications through meticulous testing and verification.
- Primary focus will be on conducting manual tests, identifying software defects, and reporting them to the development team.
- Will be collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to ensure that applications meet the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct manual testing: Perform thorough testing of web and mobile applications to identify bugs, usability issues, and other defects.
- Test case creation: Develop detailed test cases and test scenarios based on functional and non-functional requirements, ensuring comprehensive coverage.
- User story creation: Pre development write down the user stories to cover various use case and scenarios
- SOW creation: Creation of scope of work in detailed and comprehensive manner to cover all scope of work.
- Test execution: Execute test cases and record test results accurately, maintaining a detailed log of defects and issues discovered during testing.
- Defect reporting and tracking: Document software defects in a clear and concise manner, including steps to reproduce and relevant details, and track their status through to resolution.
- Regression testing: Perform regression testing to validate bug fixes and ensure that previously identified issues have been resolved without introducing new problems.
- Usability testing: Evaluate user interfaces, user experience, and overall application functionality to ensure optimal user experience and adherence to design guidelines.
- Cross-platform testing: Test applications across multiple browsers, operating systems, and mobile devices to ensure consistent performance and compatibility.
- Test environment setup: Collaborate with the development and operations teams to set up and maintain test environments that mirror production environments accurately.
