Position Overview:
- We are seeking an enthusiastic, self-driven, and hardworking Quality
- Assurance (QA) Specialist to join our team. As QA specialist, you’d
- work directly with the CTO and product team to build a global level product for the
- students. Together, we’d have a crack at a number of hard, high-impact problems –
- often involving challenges across product and engineering areas.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute test plans to ensure the quality andf unctionality of our educational products.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and product managers, to identify and address potential issues.
- Conduct manual and automated testing to identify, reproduce, and report defects.
- Provide clear and concise feedback on defects and assist in prioritizing issues for resolution.
- Participate in the continuous improvement of QA processes and best practices.
- Stay current on emerging trends, technologies, and best practice in the QA field.
- Contribute to the growth and success of the team by actively participating in team meetings and sharing knowledge.
Qualifications:
- 1A minimum of 1 year of experience in a QA role, preferably in product company.
- Familiarity with TestRail or similar test management tools.
- Knowledge of tools like JIRA, Trello and BrowserStack etc. would be a plus.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
- A strong desire to learn and grow professionally.
- Willingness to go the extra mile to ensure the quality and success of our products.
