What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable test automation frameworks.
- Build and execute automated test suites for web, mobile, and API platforms.
- Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Developers, and DevOps to ensure product quality.
- Identify bugs early in the development cycle and provide detailed reports with reproducible steps.
- Monitor and analyze test results, debug failures, and work with the team to resolve issues.
- Continuously improve testing processes, tools, and methodologies.
- Drive shift-left testing practices and contribute to CI/CD pipelines.
What We’re Looking For
- 2–4 years of hands-on experience in automation testing.
- Strong knowledge of Selenium, Playwright, Cypress, Appium, or similar tools.
- Proficient in at least one programming language: Java, Python, JavaScript, etc.
- Good understanding of REST APIs, SQL, and performance testing basics.
- Experience in working in Tier 1 product companies or high-scale B2C/E-commerce environments.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to think critically and debug complex issues.
- Exposure to CI/CD pipelines and version control tools like Git.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and test case management tools (e.g., TestRail, JIRA).
Good to Have
- Experience with mobile automation testing (Android/iOS).
- Knowledge of security and performance testing frameworks.
- Understanding of microservices architecture and testing challenges therein.
