Essential Skills:

3-5 years of Manual Testing experience encompassing functional, non-functional and regression testing.
Good knowledge in STLC, SDLC methodologies like Waterfall, Agile (SCRUM).
Hands on experience in analyzing the business requirements and developing functional points.
Hands on experience in database testing using SQL queries, to check the data validity & integrity.
Hands on knowledge of Git, TFS / Azure DevOps Projects.

Job Responsibilities:

Able to specify, plan and deliver new or updated application functionality.
Create test cases to identify software problems and prioritizing testing activities.
Execute test cases and report defects, define severity for each defect.
Carry out regression testing every time when changes are made to the code to fix defects.
Should be strong in defect detection analysis.
Analyze bugs and errors found during tests.
Document results of tests for Dev members and other stake holders.
Recommend improvements in software to enhance user experience.
Ensuring the quality of the system as a whole.
Research and compare similar competitive implementations or products.
Maintain updated knowledge of industry trends and advancements.
Owns the projects/products modules and reports to Project/Product lead / Manager for work.
